Harbin Airui Automotive Exhaust Systems Co., Ltd. is OEM supplier for some automotive manufactories in China. We specialize in developing and manufacturing automotive muffles and exhaust systems. Our company owns assets of more than 4 million Euros and has the ability of manufacturing 500,000 sets of exhaust systems per year.
We use an international first level automobile muffle production line as well as catalytic converters, manifolds and different device production lines. We have more than 100 sets of core equipment, including 12 arc welding robot workstations imported from Japan, four-model NC pipe-bending machines, 3D laser measurer and 28 other specialized machines. Our company owns a technical team led by a chief engineer who is a teacher for PHD and carries out CAE/CAM. We have established technical cooperative relationships with our partners, including Delphi Shanghai Dynamics & Propulsion Systems Co., Ltd., Dalian Walker-Gillet Automobile Muffler Co., Ltd., BASF Catalysts (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Harbin Engineering University and others.
We develop and provide exhaust system products for FAW Car Co., Ltd., FAW Jilin Co., Ltd, Hafei Auto Co., Ltd., Harbin Dongan Auto engine Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongtai Automobile Co., Ltd. and Malaysia NAZA Co., Ltd. Our output consists of muffles, catalytic converters, manifolds, tube modules, differential devices, and feed pipes.
Our company has attained ISO9001:2000, QS-9000:1998, ISO14001:2000, OHSAS18001:1999 and ISO/TS16949 international management system certifications.
